Free Music – If You Live in Boulder

How cool is this? The Boulder Public Library has a new service called Freegal Music, which allows cardholders to download free songs from a database that includes Sony Music Entertainment‘s entire catalog. That means free access to hundreds of thousands of songs and more than 100 genres, according to a story in the Daily Camera.
There are restrictions of course – you can only download three songs a week, but you get to keep the songs forever.
We haven’t had a chance to fully explore this new offering at our local library, but picking our free songs each week will be a fun way to take a break from editing videos and photographs.
